Easy Recipies Classic Chocolate Truffle

Despite its 'classy' look, ganache dusted in chocolate powder is easy to create at home. The required ingredients are few. To achieve good outcomes, you must use high-quality materials.


Ingredients:

225 g of chopped dark chocolate.

120 ml heavy cream or thick cream

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.

45 grammes cocoa powder


How To Make:


1/ Melt the chocolate in the bain marie method or steam it over boiling water. Lift.


2/ Combine melted chocolate, cream, and vanilla, stirring thoroughly.


3/ Refrigerate the ganache until it hardens (at least an hour).


4/ Using around 2 tsp ganache, make a ball. At this point, the ganache ball's surface is unlikely to be smooth. Follow the same procedure with the remaining ganache. Chill in the refrigerator until firm (30 minutes).


5/ Re-round the ganache until it forms a more perfect ball. Roll the ganache ball in the chocolate powder to coat the whole surface. Repeat the technique for all of the ganache balls. Serve.

Tip: To melt chocolate, heat the cream and then combine it with chopped chocolate. Stir with a whisk until the chocolate has dissolved.
