The toppings can be varied with tropical fruit such as mango, orange and rambutan. The difference if you want to get into this trendy healthy breakfast business.
Ingredients:
450 g instant oats
450 ml almond milk
300 g dates, puree
2 vanilla sticks, take out the seeds
200 ml plain yoghurt
Sprinkling, mix well:
60 g almond chips, toasted
60 g pumpkin seeds, roasted
30 g instant oats
How to make:
- Stir in the oats, almond milk, dates and vanilla. Cover the container with tight plastic/cling wrap.
- Put sequentially @ 2 tablespoons of oats, yoghurt, oats and yoghurt into 6 200 ml glass jars. Close tightly. Store in the refrigerator overnight.
- Serve: Sprinkle with toppings just before serving.
