EASY RECIPES OVERNIGHT OAT

The toppings can be varied with tropical fruit such as mango, orange and rambutan. The difference if you want to get into this trendy healthy breakfast business.

 

Ingredients:

450 g instant oats

450 ml almond milk

300 g dates, puree

2 vanilla sticks, take out the seeds

200 ml plain yoghurt


Sprinkling, mix well:

60 g almond chips, toasted

60 g pumpkin seeds, roasted

30 g instant oats


How to make:

  • Stir in the oats, almond milk, dates and vanilla. Cover the container with tight plastic/cling wrap.
  • Put sequentially @ 2 tablespoons of oats, yoghurt, oats and yoghurt into 6 200 ml glass jars. Close tightly. Store in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Serve: Sprinkle with toppings just before serving.
