EASY RECIPES BEEF BULGOGI

This typical Korean dish with a sweet taste is very suitable for comfort food. Even use thinly sliced ​​hash or tenderloin. However, to make it easier, we can also use sukiyaki meat that has been sliced.


To make it easier to chop ground beef, freeze the meat first. When frozen, it is easier to slice them thinly.


Marinated meat can be stored in the freezer until ready to consume.

Ingredients:

500 gr  Beef Tenderloin , thinly sliced


Spice it up:

4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

2 spring onions, chopped

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp granulated sugar

3 tbsp water

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted, coarsely ground

½ tsp black pepper, coarsely crushed

 

How to make:

1/ Mix all the spice ingredients. If you want to repeat the use of granulated sugar, substitute some with honey and grated pears.


2/ Add the beef to the spices, stir. Store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.


3/ Heat a non-stick frying pan, cook the meat until cooked. Lift.


4/ Serve Bulgogi with hot rice, lettuce and kimchi.
