- Add 12 tsp. garlic powder and 14 tsp. coarsely crushed black pepper. Stir until smooth and fragrant.
- Slowly pour the stock solution into the pan while continuing to stir. Continue to cook, stirring, until thickened and boiling. Taste before serving. Add salt if needed.
This express gravy sauce is ready to accompany your mashed potatoes, steak, fried chicken, and so on. If stored, the sauce will thicken further and form a layer on the surface. Just add water and reheat over the fire while stirring. The sauce is ready to eat.
