TIPS:
Because liver dries very quickly, do not chop it into little pieces until ready to cook.
GROCERIES
¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano salt and pepper to taste
½ cup white wine vinegar
1 pound lamb liver, sliced ½ inch thick
½ cup flour, or as needed
1 cup olive oil
Combine ¼ cup lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and wine vinegar.
TUTORIALS
Refrigerate liver slices for several hours or overnight.
When ready to serve, coat the liver with flour and sauté it in olive oil.
Sprinkled with the remaining lemon juice.
