1¼ POUNDS GROUND CHUCK 

½ CUP BREADCRUMBS 1 EGG

1 TEASPOON PREPARED MUSTARD 

1 TABLESPOON CHOPPED PARSLEY 

PINCH  OREGANO


½ CUP GRATED ONION SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE 

1 TEASPOON DRIED MINT 

DASH EACH OF GROUND ALLSPICE, CINNAMON, AND CLOVES 

1 TEASPOON MINCED GARLIC

 ½ CUP TOMATO SAUCE

 ¼ CUP WATER




TUTORIALS

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Form into 1-inch balls with all components (except tomato sauce and water). 

Bake for 20 minutes in a baking dish that has been gently buttered. Turn halfway

During the baking process Drain well on absorbent paper. 

Simmer tomato in a pot for 5 minutes with 14 cup water  and add seasonings

Mix in meatballs Refrigerate sauce overnight. 

Next day slow cook and serve warm
